JD took the time to sit down with us and come up with a profile of what we were looking for in a Cape home. He set us up with daily email alerts of all new properties that were coming on the market. Additionally when a property came on the market that matched our profile he would email us all the information on that property and respond to any questions right away. Once we found a property we were interested in, JD hooked us up with the head of a local mortgage company who got us pre-approved over the phone in a matter of hours. In addition to the mortgage company, JD assisted us with finding local inspectors, attorneys and insurance agents which made our job and the whole process so much easier since we are from out of state. During the entire process JD was just a phone call away, during or after business hours. The closing went off without a hitch thanks to JD's experience, determination and integrity. It was a pleasure doing business with JD and your office. You all made it so easy for us. We couldn't have made the purchase as quickly, effortlessly and smoothly without JD. | Things get pretty crazy when you're purchasing a new condo. Sometimes, when it's all finished, you forget all the pieces that had to fit together to make things happen. You're just glad you're in your new home. One of those 'things' that I should have taken care of at the time, I'm getting to do now. I purchased 28 Conwell Street, Unit 2, in Provincetown in August and John Foley was my realtor. In fact, he was also my realtor when I sold my previous condo, so I could purchase the unit on Conwell. John made all the difference. He anticipated every move and was ready to address issues quickly and efficiently. Better still, he was a steady influence on the whole process. When things were hectic, it was John that kept things in perspective and focused on the issue until resolved. I've bought and sold a lot of property, so I know the difference between a good realtor and just ok. John was outstanding!
